Your Concierge can assist with a wide range of business services, from arranging photocopying, facsimile and secretarial services in-house, to ordering a limousine or helicopter to take you to a meeting. If you arrive from a transatlantic flight, and are anxious to collect your emails, please speak to the Concierge who will connect your computer up to the Internet in your residence, without delay.

FOREIGN EXCHANGE

Travellers' cheques and foreign currencies may be exchanged at reception.

IN-HOUSE FLORIST

Whether you require a simple arrangement of flowers for the breakfast table, or a lavish bouquet for a special occasion, your Concierge is available 24-hours a day to organise it for you. All our fresh cut flowers and arrangements are supplied by our in-house florist.

PERSONAL SHOPPING SERVICE

With its auction houses and galleries, couture fashion houses and gentlemen's tailors, food emporiums and vintners, antique shops and rare booksellers, Mayfair is a shopping experience 'par excellence'. The celebrated shops of Piccadilly, Bond Street and Knightsbridge are only slightly further afield. If you would like guidance on where to shop, or if your simply can't locate what you seek, we can arrange for a Personal Shopper to accompany and advise you - or, indeed, to purchase items on your behalf. BABYSITTING SERVICE

A babysitting service is available to all Residents and can be arranged through the Concierge. For your peace of mind, we only employ registered nurses as childminders.

GROCERY PRE-STOCKING SERVICE

Although we can organise anything upon your arrival, many Members like to take advantage of our grocery pre-stocking service to satisfy individual tastes - for example, for particular brands of tea and coffee, special bottles of wine, and favoured delicacies. Whatever your requirements, you have simply to ask and it will be waiting for you. Please contact the Concierge for details.

HEALTH & BEAUTY FACILITIES

Members of 47 Park Street are offered a range of in-residence health and beauty treatments including hairdressing, massage, facials, manicure and pedicure. Simply call the Concierge with your request and he will arrange for the beautician to attend your residence at a time convenient to you. Members of 47 Park Street also enjoy exclusive benefits with one of London's premier Day Spas just a short stroll from 47 Park Street. Members enjoy a complimentary treatment when booking another treatment as a Spa Illuminata privileged cardholder. In addition, upon a Member's first use of their residence at 47 Park Street, Spa Illuminata will present them with a welcome gift of luxury spa products.

Alternatively you may enjoy complimentary use of The Club at the Marriott Park Lane Hotel just a few minutes walk towards Hyde Park. The Club includes a full health and fitness centre and an indoor pool. This benefit is available to Members and their guests when staying in residence and is guaranteed through June 30th, 2007.

GOLF FACILITIES

Members of 47 Park Street enjoy Membership privileges at The London Golf Club while in residence. Members may play both the stunning Jack Nicklaus designed Heritage Course (Members Only) or the International Course. You and your guests may play either course for just £50 per round and enjoy full access to the range, clubhouse, Japanese bath, and meeting and dining facilities.

PARKING & VALET PARKING

Secure parking is available at a garage a short distance from 47 Park Street. Whilst parking is charged at cost, residents may take advantage of our valet parking service at no extra charge.

CAR & LIMOUSINE HIRE
